Roller Flour Mill

The milling section has a capacity of processing of 100 Tons wheat per day. The machinery comprises of both imported and indigenous equipment. The object of the Roller Flour Mill system is to separate the inner endosperm from the outer bran coat with as little damage to the bran coat with as little damage to the bran coat and segregation of bran content from the endosperm in such a way that the contamination of bran content in the flour is minimized to negligible.

This object is achieved by breaking, grading, purifying and grinding the endosperm in stages to produce clean semolina and maida, wheat flour.
