Mr. Deepak Pal Daga(Managing Director)

Mr. Deepak Pal Daga, 45 years of the age is the Managing Director of our Company sets and evolves the strategic direction for the Company. Mr. Deepak Pal Daga is the Promotor Director of the Company. He is having a strong network in the trading and processing various agricultural commodities like wheat, maize, gram, mustard seeds etc for last 25 years. Being a Managing Director, he has also assisted the Board in making business strategies, formation of policies, technological up gradation plan and new product development. Elfin Agro India Limited was the idea conceived by him. He has been devoting his entire time, efforts and energy to develop the Company in all aspects including business planning and analysis of future competition and threats at Global level. He has played a key role in growth and development of the Company. Presently, he monitors the sales & marketing as well as procurement function and responsible for overall operational management of the Company.

Mr. Vimal Kumar Daga(Whole Time Director)

Mr. Vimal Kumar Daga, 51 years of the age is the Whole Time Director of our Company. Mr. Vimal Kumar Daga is the Promotor Director of the Company. he has gained over 31 years of working experience in the trading and processing various agricultural commodities like wheat, maize, gram, mustard seeds etc. he is responsible for looking into the office administration matters and managing internal affairs of the business.

Mr. Ayush Daga(Non-Executive Director)

Mr. AyushDaga, 27 years of the age is the Director of the company. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of ICAI. He is looking after the day to day affairs of the Company since his joining, specifically towards financial and marketing aspects of the business. He has ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders on detailed financial issues. Providing direction and leadership to planning and accounting staff. His expertise includes analysis of Balance Sheets, profit measurement, Cash Flow statements, carrying out investment appraisal, trend analysis, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting, financial modelling to help respond to dynamic market conditions by ensuring compliance and statutory reporting, able to deliver a high standard of financial control, proven ability to manage and develop a financial team, ensuring legal & regulatory compliance relating to tax & others is adhered to., and reporting.

Mrs. Chitra Naraniwal(Independent Director)

Mrs. ChitraNaraniwal is the Independent Director of our Company.Mrs. ChitraNaraniwal, is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (A44750) and a Commerce and L.L.B Graduate from MDSU University, Ajmer Rajasthan. She is qualified Company Secretary and having the worked experience as Company Secretary in the listed company M/S. RanjanPolyster Ltd. She is also independent Director in BhilwaraSppinners Limited from 07.10.2023 and she was also Independent Director in Sona Processors India Limited from 02.03.2021 to 30.04.2023. She has Knowledge and experience in corporate legal & secretarial services.

Mr. Anil Kumar Kabra(Independent Director)

Mr. Anil Kumar Kabra is the Independent Director of our Company. He is a Qualified Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He has a work experience of around 33 years in Corporate Laws and Financial Management. He is an expert in finance, accountancy, audit, treasury, corporate governance and risk management.

Mrs. Khushbu Sethi(Company Secretary & Compliance Officer)

Mrs. KhushbuSethi, is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. She is a company secretary and Associate member of ICSI. She has over 5 Year of experience in field of Secretarial service.She heads secretarial and compliance departments of the company.
